Each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. In most cases, returns are not required.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
