Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

MOOD by Venn Martin is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the order re-sent.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing cannot be replaced or refunded.
